These Terms of Service govern the use of Rollaxe Home Services website and services. By accessing our website and requesting our services, you agree to these terms.

Service Agreements

All services are provided based on a written estimate and agreement. Customers are responsible for providing access to the work area and removing personal items as needed. Work will not commence until a written estimate has been agreed to by both parties.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Estimates are based on information provided at the time of assessment. Additional costs may arise if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. For larger projects, a deposit may be required prior to commencement. We accept all major payment methods.

Warranty

We warrant all labour for one year from the date of completion. This covers defects in workmanship under normal use. Material warranties vary by manufacturer. We will assist with any manufacturer warranty claims on materials we supply.

Limitation of Liability

Rollaxe Home Services liability is limited to the amount paid for the work performed. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from our services.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a service fee.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
